      The CNC shearing machine frame adopts steel structure, and the left and right vertical plates, worktable and pressing plate are welded into an integrated structure. Tempering after welding eliminates internal stress, with good overall rigidity and high stability. The hydraulic system is installed on the end face of the oil tank, and the oil tank is fixed on the frame beam, which is convenient for cleaning and assembly. The system pressure is supplied by the oil pump. Under the control of the electro-hydraulic system, each valve can realize the sequential action of presser foot pressing, tool holder cutting and other action specifications. The tool holder adopts steel structure. Under the thrust of oil cylinders on both sides, it can swing around the fixed pin shaft to complete the shear action without guide rail system. After shearing, the tool holder will quickly and automatically return under the action of the return cylinder. It has a mechanism to quickly adjust the blade clearance, and the scale value is displayed on the scale.

      The processing measures of the rear baffle device of NC plate shearing machine. The rotation function of the rear baffle affects the rigidity and reliability of the connection. This function can not be used in the equipment. The function is cancelled during the transformation, and the rear baffle is directly connected with the ball screw mother seat; For the diameter of the ball screw, the rectangular guide rail guide of the ball screw mother seat is changed to cylindrical guide rod guide; The rear baffle of NC plate shearing machine has thin structure and variability. After the transformation, the full-length welding of the rear baffle enhances the rigidity, and the equal height baffle is installed in sections. The square cushion block is connected with the baffle surface of the rear baffle through bolts. When the rear baffle with a length of 4m is partially deformed, a thin copper sheet can be inserted under the square cushion block for correction. Compared with the previous transformation scheme, the maintenance workload is very small.

      The operator of CNC plate shears shall be familiar with the main structure, performance and purpose of the plate shears:

      (1) Before work, be responsible for checking whether all parts of the shear are normal, whether the electrical equipment is complete and whether the lubrication system is unobstructed; Remove tools, measuring tools and other sundries. Waste placed on the table and around it, as well as in the corner.

      (2) Adjust the machine scissors clearance according to the specified scissors thickness. It is not allowed to cut two plates of different specifications and materials at the same time; Stacking or cutting is not allowed. The appearance of the cut plate shall be flat, and the narrow plate that cannot be compacted shall not be cut. The shearing machine is applicable to various steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates and non-metallic materials with rated material thickness of the shearing machine. The materials are required to be free of hard marks, welding slag, slag inclusion and welds, and excessive thickness is not allowed.
