Product introduction

　　1. Technical requirements:

　　Meet: {realize the profile on both sides, products with different specifications can be adjusted by flexible tooling, 1 set of drilling on each side (customized according to requirements), nail locking tasks, and have the tool setting function}

　　2. Process flow:

　　1) Preparation: (required when changing products):

　　Ø adjust the adjusting sliding plate of the drilling machine on both sides and the nail locking machine on both sides to a suitable position and lock it;

　　Ø according to the width of the workpiece, adjust the position of the flexible tooling when the time comes (for product replacement);

　　2) Feeding, positioning and clamping: put the workpiece (profile) into the fixture body. Press the "clamp" button to automatically clamp the workpiece sideways;

　　3) Automatic drilling and nail locking: press the start button, and the gantry mechanism moves to the starting position; The drilling spindles and locking nails on both sides shall be drilled and locked in sequence according to the procedure

　　4) Drilling and locking nails at the next station: after the work of station 1 is completed, the gantry moves to the waiting safety area, and when station 2 gives a signal, the CNC gantry automatically moves to the station to start the above drilling and locking nails.

　　5) Unloading: the workpiece in station 1 has been drilled and locked, and unloading (manually pushed out through the roller table or lifted away by the crane)
