　　What are the maintenance skills of CNC bending machine? Good maintenance is the basis to ensure the safety and trouble free of the CNC bending machine, and can also prolong the service life of the bending machine.

　　1. The oil temperature shall be between 35 ℃ and 60 ℃ and shall not exceed 70 ℃. If it is too high, the oil quality and accessories will be deteriorated and damaged.

　　2. The filter shall be replaced or thoroughly cleaned every time the oil is changed.

　　3. The hydraulic oil used by the NC bending machine is 46 hydraulic oil or 32 hydraulic oil, which can be used according to the actual situation.

　　4. Check the oil level of the oil tank every month. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, add hydraulic oil.

　　5. After the new machine is used for one month, check whether there is deformation at the bending of each oil pipe. If there is any abnormality, it shall be replaced. After two months of use, the connections of all accessories shall be fastened. When this work is carried out, it shall be shut down and the system shall have no pressure.

　　6. The air filter on the oil tank shall be inspected and cleaned every 3 months, preferably once a year.

　　7. Clean the hydraulic components (base plate, valve, motor, pump, oil pipe, etc.) every month. It is best to add a protective cover on the hydraulic system to prevent dirt from entering the system and do not use detergent.

　　8. The machine tool has relevant alarms or other abnormal filters such as unclean oil quality, which should be replaced.
